U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Joseph R. Chenelly, 26, is a 1995 graduate of Fairport High School and a combat correspondent in Kuwait.
Sergeant Chenelly is a Marine combat correspondent deployed to Kuwait as part of the massive military buildup in the region. He was recalled from the Individual Ready Reserve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was deployed to his current location at Camp Commando in the Kuwaiti desert shortly after going back to active duty.
