"The Board recognized C.J. Snow, Santa Margarita resident and vice president of Norland Roofing in Laguna Niguel, with its Good Guy Contractor award. When C.J. Snow showed up at the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter to make a bid for a roofing repair, he could see the shelter could not afford what really needed to be done. So Mr. Snow generously volunteered his time and materials on the spot to repair the animal shelter... Kudos to C.J. and Norland Roofing!"
